Adventure tour to Aral Sea starts with a convenient hotel pickup in Urgench (we can pick up travelers from the airport as well) then travel by private sedan car till Muynak and after you change your transport into 4×4 vehicle. The first stop of the Aral Sea tour will be in Muynak town, where travelers visit “Cemetery of ships”, the harbor without a sea, and next visit Muynak Regional Studies Museum (might be closed without prior notice). Then lunch break at the guesthouse. Continue driving on the boundless Ustyurt Plateau. Travelers reach the Aral Sea in the late afternoon. Along the way travelers have a great spot to take pictures of beautiful canyons and the collapsed land. Arrive in a yurt Camp.

Day 2: Aral Sea – Sudochie lake – Kungrad – Mizdakhan – Gyaur-Kala – Nukus
If you are an early bird so you can take an amazing picture of sun rise. After breakfast a short visit the settlement of Kurgancha-Kala dating back to the 13th century. Then drive via Kungrad district, which used to be one of the trading centers on the Silk Road. On the way, see remains of a lighthouse; pass by the ruins of abandoned settlement Urga. Photo stop at Lake Sudochie. Lunch break (a picnic style or in local café) and drive to Nukus with stops at the Mizdakhan memorial complex and Gyaur-Kala Fortress. Arrive in Nukus.

Day 3: Nukus—Kala (Fortresses) visit—Khiva
Visit some of the top attractions outside of Khiva on this trip to Kyzyl Qala (“Red fortress” in Uzbek), Toprak Qala (“Sand” in Uzbek) and “must see” fort in the desert Ayaz Qala.
The sightseeing in Qala trip (“Fortress” in Uzbek):
Kyzyl Qala (“Red fortress” in Uzbek)— located in modern Karakalpakstan, Uzbekistan and it was an ancient fortress in Khorazm built in the 1st -4th centuries AD. Kyzyl Qala fortress buried in the desert for centuries before being discovered by Professor Tolstov in 1938.
Toprak Qala (“Sand” in Uzbek)— used to be the region’s biggest city (350 meters by 500 meters) until the destruction canals left it marooned in the desert sands. The Russian archaeologist Tolstov excavated the palace friezes in 1938 dating from the 2nd and 3rd century AD.
Ayaz Qala— is a “must see” fort in the desert. The external walls, built upon a flat hilltop, have survived since at least the 4th century BC, the guests can clearly see the scale of the site and even today sections of wall survive that are 10 meters high. After forts sightseeing transfer to the Khiva.
